Contest Terms & Conditions

The Contest
  1. The Win Bombay Petfoods Ltd contest (the Contest) is run by Bombay Petfoods Ltd. Bombay Petfoods Ltd can be contacted in relation to this Contest at our offices at Top of the Hill, Bombay, or PO Box 1304, Pukekohe, 2340, by phone on (09) 236 0877, or by email at sam@jimbos.co.nz
  2. The Contest will begin on the date that the first entry is submitted and accepted by Bombay Petfoods Ltd and will continue until Bombay Petfoods Ltd, in its sole discretion and without notice, terminates the Contest (the Contest Period). 
  3. The Contest will consist of monthly competitions, quizzes or polls (each a Competition, Quiz or Poll) during the Contest Period.
  4. During the Contest Period Bombay Petfoods Ltd will select a winner/s for each Competition, Quiz or Poll (a Monthly Winner/s) from Entries received prior to 2.30pm on the third Friday of that month. Where Friday is a public holiday in Auckland, the Monthly Winner/s will be selected from Entries received by 2.30pm on the previous business day. All times are NZST.
Entry
  1. The Contest is open to any person who is (both at the time of entry and at the time the Competition they have entered is judged) resident in New Zealand, not an employee of Bombay Petfoods Ltd or any of its associated agencies or suppliers and who submits an Entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry (a Contestant, you, your).
  2. To enter, a Contestant must:
    1. provide his or her full and correct name and email address;
    2. agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry;
    3. follow the instructions of the Competition application; and
    4. submit an answer or entry to a Competition, Poll or Quiz (an Entry).
  3. A Contestant can only submit a single Entry to any Competition, Quiz or Poll, but may enter and win multiple Quizzes during the Contest Period.
Prizes
  1. Each Monthly Winner will win Bombay Petfoods Ltd products up to a maximum value of NZ$30.
  2. Each Winner will be drawn by Bombay Petfoods Ltd from those Entries that answer the Quiz question(s) correctly. No correspondence will be entered into.
  3. The Weekly Winners will be notified by email using the email address they provide when entering the Contest. You consent to your name being used for promotional purposes in relation to the Contest if you are a Weekly Winner.
Privacy
  1. Each Monthly Winner will win Bombay Petfoods Ltd products up to a maximum value of NZ$30.
  2. Each Winner will be drawn by Bombay Petfoods Ltd from those Entries that answer the Quiz question(s) correctly. No correspondence will be entered into.
  3. The Weekly Winners will be notified by email using the email address they provide when entering the Contest. You consent to your name being used for promotional purposes in relation to the Contest if you are a Weekly Winner. 
  4. Bombay Petfoods Ltd takes its privacy obligations seriously and we refer you to our privacy policy for this Contest which you can find here: https://naturesgoodnesspetfood.co.nz/privacy-policy
  5. In entering this Contest you are providing your personal information to Bombay Petfoods Ltd, and not to Facebook.

  14. If you are drawn as a Winner Bombay Petfoods Ltd will make reasonable attempts to contact you by email. If Bombay Petfoods Ltd is unable to contact you within a reasonable time, or if you are not able to or do not accept any prize, Bombay Petfoods Ltd may re-draw the prize and you will have no claim to any prize.
  15. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  16. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions of Entry will be governed by New Zealand law.
  17. Bombay Petfoods Ltd may vary these Terms and Conditions of Entry and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest, any Quiz, or the prizes at any time without notice.
  18. Bombay Petfoods Ltd will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation in the Contest. To the extent that Bombay Petfoods Ltd cannot disclaim its liability you agree that Bombay Petfoods Ltd liability will in any case be limited to the value of the prize awarded to each Monthly Winner.
